Denver Cuello vs Omar Soto Fight Result

Denver Cuello, the current World Boxing Champion International (WBC) Minimumweight title holder of Iloilo, Philippines defeated Omar Soto in the very first minute of the 2nd round via technical knockout victory (referee stoppage) in their 8 rounds bout live from Blaisdell CenterHonolulu, Hawaii, USA. Cuello knocking down Soto first at 2:26 time then followed by continuous knockdown. Omar Soto did not fought well as if he was scared to throw punches and out balanced while Denver Cuello always coming forward ready to get war.

Omar Soto from Puerto Rico probably was shocked by the power and speed of Cuello. Soto always hold on when Denver throws the hard body shot. In the 2nd round, the fight still the same Denver Cuello dominated again. Omar down again on his knee by the hard left shot to the body of Denver Cuello. Omar still continue the fight but Denver looking for the kill, hard shot to the body again and finishes by the left hand that sent Soto down again at 2:05 time remaining before the stoppage.

Denver Cuello vs Omar Soto fight was the undercard bout of Viloria vs Miranda Island Assault 2. Denver Cuello improve his record to 27 wins -17 knockouts and 4 defeats with 6 draws while Omar Soto has 15 wins - 6 knockouts and 8 defeats with 1 draw.
